The boat part was inspired from seeing the movie "The
secret of Roan Inish". The elephant emerged in-part
from the need for shape and upward movement. I have
always thought of my memory as an elephants in so much
as the phrase mentions, 'an elephant never forgets'.
The knowledge remembered is not daily life information
but human, earth history and instinctive knowledge,
substance from our ancestry as humans.
